Diamond Coatings manufacture Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) coatings in state-of-the-art magnetron sputtering plant, equipped with clean rooms, from modern factory premises located in the heart of England.

The sputter plant deposits ITO uniformly onto flat or shaped glass or plastic substrates up to 1000mmx1000mm in size. Other production facilities, which complemented our vacuum coating capability include :-

• patterning of the indium tin oxide
• sputtered SiO2 for index matching the ITO
• sputtered SiO2 barrier/insulating layers
• addition of bus bar connections to the ITO
• ovens and furnaces for treatment of the ITO

These facilities are operated by a highly trained staff with over 50 years experience of vacuum coating technology.
